Why roll? Sure, we'll roll out tight muscles, but more importantly we'll target deep release throughout our bodies by massaging our fascia. Looking for a core workout? We'll utilize the roller to work harder through the whole core to keep your body stable and neutral. No wibble-wobbling here! This event is suitable for all levels, medium pace. Class will incorporate some yoga poses and savasana. Bring Your Own Roller. If you do not yet have a roller and will purchase one, this is my favorite just because it's a little more gentle. |
