Roll with the Flow (online) • Why roll? Sure, we'll roll out tight, sore muscles. But more importantly, we'll target deep release throughout our body by massaging our fascia. • Looking for a core workout? We'll utilize the roller to work harder through the whole core to keep your body stable and neutral. No wibble-wobbling here! • Suitable for all levels, medium pace. Class will incorporate some yoga poses and Savasana. |
